Purebond Insurance Brokers Limited was first incorporated in August 1992 under the name, BIM & BENCHMARK INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED. However, in 1998 and in line with the new requirements of National Insurance Commission’s (NAICOM) Act of 1997 the name was changed to Souche Insurance Brokers Limited. Following the increase in the capital base of the company in 2010 and the changes that occurred in the board membership, the company’s name was again changed to Purebond Insurance Brokers Limited in July 2011. The current paid-up share capital of the company at N25,000,000.00 is far and above the minimum required by NAICOM for Insurance Brokers. Our assets base has grown in size and value over these years.
